Fifteen years for them.
Now for me.
Fifteen years inside Canon, Scholastic, Accenture... building the content strategies. I wasn't on the outside advising... I was in the room, managing the teams, defending the budget, shipping the campaigns.
Then I fell out of love with it. You pour everything into someone else's thing, you stop feeling valued, and one morning you wonder why you're still showing up. (Getting laid off a few times sped up the breakup.) Most of us have been there.
So I started building my own thing instead. In public, every day. The podcast, the threads, the AI experiments... it's all on the table. No gatekeeping. If you're done waiting for permission to start, you're in the right place.
